NextShooter's Craps NewsletterJanuary 2006NextShooter.com completely overhauled
As an update to our readers, NextShooter.com has been completely overhauled with a new, simpler design, a super-easy navigation system, and editing and formatting for every single article on the site. If you haven't visited NextShooter recently, you're in for a big, big surprise. (visit NextShooter.com now)
NextShooter.com changes partners
The site redesign mentioned above is the work of Michael Bluejay, owner of GamblingAds.com and VegasReference.com, who recently replaced Cenicola-Helvin (Las Vegas, Nevada) as the Bone Man's partner in NextShooter. The change in partners was completely amicable, and allows C-H to focus better on its primary business, developing and marketing its hosting and content management systems. The Bone Man, founder and author of the site and craps dealer on the world famous Las Vegas Strip, stated his many thanks to Mark Cenicola, President and Jeff Helvin, Vice President of C/H for their many contributions to the growth and visibility of the site from their initial agreement in 2002 to date.
South Coast Casino opens in Las Vegas
The new Boyd Gaming Casino property opened on December 22nd as planned with a 6-table craps pit featuring double odds, $5 and $10 Minimums, and a $2,000 Maximum with a Maximum Pay-Out of $4,000. Proposition Bets are Downtown Odds and the Field pays 2X on the 2 and 3X on the 12. It's located about four miles south of Mandalay Bay toward StateLine on Las Vegas Boulevard.
NextShooter.com is the only site on the Internet that posts table count, posted Free Odds offerings, odds on Propostion Bets and Field Pay-Outs for all Las Vegas casino properties and for other major gaming venues. See our Las Vegas Craps Directory.
Stardust Implosion Imminent
Boyd Gaming Corp. recently revealed their plans to tear down the Stardust casino on the north Las Vegas Strip to make way for a $4 billion hotel and casino complex on 63 acres -- one of the largest such developments planned for Las Vegas.
The complex, to be called Echelon Place, is scheduled to open in 2010. It will include four hotels with 5,300 guest rooms and suites, a 140,000-square-foot casino, theaters, a shopping promenade, spas and acres of convention space.
