WHO IS THE BONE MAN ANYWAY?

THE BONE MAN is the author of NextShooter.com and is a craps dealer on the World Famous Las Vegas Strip. Until his full retirement he will remain anonymous for job security reasons. THE BONE MAN works as little as possible dealing dice and takes many "early outs" as he works in a state of semi-retirement and is focused on other web development projects. With over 6 years of dealing experience he has witnessed the fact that dealers and so-called craps experts and authors have overlooked the most significant strategies relating to maximizing player bank and increasing chances of WINNING. These mathematical FACTS are clearly explained at NextShooter.com. Next Shooter is focused on MINIMIZING the House Advantage and all charts and references are proofed and confirmed by the most reputable gambling math expert in the business. All site content has also been proofed and affirmed by a number of seasoned craps dealers with a combined 100+ man years of dealing experience and whose backgrounds include dealing, pit, and management positions in many of Nevada's leading casino properties. THE BONE MAN has sparked a lot of thinking with regard to this mysterious game and often gets requests from readers for personal consultation during player visits to Vegas.

"DON'T" PLAYER HECKLES THE TABLE

THE BONE MAN recently witnessed one of the rudest things ever seen on a craps table. A DON'T player was not only yelling and screaming for the 7 to roll against a full table of Pass Line and Place bettors, but he actually LEFT HIS on the table and walked down to THE OTHER END OF THE TABLE and said loudly that he was doing so to "Put a HEX or a WHAMMY on the Shooter". This BOZO not only pissed off all the players but embarrassed the dealers and even the boxman. Even the blackjack dealers could not believe this strange scene.

WORD OF ADVICE: If you're playing the DON'T, keep your mouth SHUT!

NEWSWORTHY - END OF AN ERA

Binion's Horseshoe in Las Vegas has been closed by the IRS and is under consideration for purchase by Harrah's. This signals and END to what was once THE mighty bastion of craps. Formerly with 13 craps tables in two pits and with 100X Odds posted, it has imploded over the past 3 years to lighter traffic at 7 tables with only 10X Odds. The ONLY 100X Odds game remaining in Vegas is at Casino Royale on The Strip. The complete and total recent mismanagement of Binion's is well understood by people on the "in" in Vegas. Sustained problems in meeting dues on The Fremont Street Experience, back payments overdue to union benefit funds, and rip-offs on the World Series of Poker dealers are only a few of the most visible problems that have surfaced over the past three years or so. It will be interesting to see what results with new ownership attempting to re-construct a legend and hoping to do so before the end of the first quarter of this year.

Of lesser note, The Castaways, formerly know as The Showboat, closed this week at the order of a U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Serious craps players should never have played there anyway.
